How do I cancel Fizz?

Sign in at fizz.ca, find the billing or membership section, turn off auto renewal, and keep the confirmation email. If you are billed by Apple, Google or a provider bundle, cancel there instead.

What if Fizz keeps charging me?

Send your proof and ask for a refund. If that fails, dispute the charge with your card issuer and escalate to Canada: CRTC and CCTS.

If Apple or Google bills you, cancel in Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling on the provider site will not stop that charge.

Chat or secure message

Ask for the cancellation in writing and request the transcript by email. Avoids the phone queue entirely.

Phone, if you must

Say: cancel effective today, confirm in writing, give me a reference number, and I am not interested in a retention offer.

Written request

Required by many gyms and insurers. Generate the letter, send it by email, and use registered mail if the contract demands it.

Cancelling inside a contract term often triggers an early termination fee or the remaining device balance. Check both first
Some providers only accept cancellation by phone or in store, with no online option at all
Return equipment such as set-top boxes, modems and routers, or you keep paying for it
Ask for written confirmation and keep the ticket number. Verbal cancellations get lost often
