Who is charging me?
Most failed cancellations happen for one reason: you tried to cancel in the wrong place. Apple, Google, PayPal, your carrier and your card all keep their own billing agreement.
Apple bills this subscription, so cancel it inside Apple, not on the provider site.
- 1iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, pick the service, Cancel Subscription.
- 2Mac: App Store, your name, Account Settings, Subscriptions, Manage.
- 3No cancel button and only a free trial shown? Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or it converts.
- 4Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
